Windows 10: how to fix my laptop keyboard windows 11 some keys wont work at all

my w and 2 keys are not working i have to copy and paste them in they were just working fine yesterday and today now they don't even work id try troubleshooting and it did not say keyboard so id tried to update and that don't work i tried to reset and turn off and on my laptop and that dont work can yall pls help me

Equals Key Wont Work

We suggest that you update the keyboard driver. You may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo + X key on the keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboards.
• Click on the driver and click on Update Driver Software.
