Windows 10: How to fix my pc bsod mountable boot volume

Hi there,My pc randomly went to the bsod and will not even boot windows in safe mode.I downloaded windows 10 repair tool and installation tool.I tried repairing it through the trouble shooting tools and the command prompt. I have little experience fixing computers but I’m trying my best. When it goes to command prompt all tests pass but it won’t repair. On the troubleshooting page there should be a continue button this does not exist.So I then tried to install windows, downloaded the installer to usb drive and started this, however it got stuck on a screen with a hour glass and setup is starti
