Windows 10: How to fix my pc shows pixels on screen freezes then crashes

I’m having trouble with my Alienware PC. Every time I start a game or sometimes even when I’m on the Internet, it shows all individual pixels on the screen. Everything freezes. I’m unable to control anything and then crashes and then when it restarts, it still continues to show the pixels on the screen I’ve updated everything. I’ve uninstalled my driver reinstalled my driver. It is up-to-date. I have no updates on anything, I’ve done a sweep of my PC and it says no issues found within if I could get some help with this that would be great

The screen freezes and blue screen crashes

it freezes randomly n does not recover unless i force restart my pc I've tried everything from the list of options for blue screen crashes but none of them worked for me if there are other ways to fix it pls do tell or do I need to bring my pc to a shop
or dell to fix it

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
