Windows 10: How to fix Network in WINS 11 to share files and folders?

I have 3 desktops with WINS 11 and 1 with WINS 10. All are connected to Network via Ethernet. Only the WINS 10 desktop is able to share files with the 3 WINS 11 desktops. All desktops have the same setting for the advanced sharing settings and media streaming in the Network & Sharing Center. The targeted folders and drives have been enabled to share Sharing Tab with full permissions for all users, administrators me, everyone, and owner me using the Security tab. I have given access to everyone for the files and folders. I still receive the error message "permission denied". There is

Sharing folders over network - access denied

Hello,

To troubleshoot your concern with sharing files over the network using your Windows 10 device, we suggest that you run the Shared folders troubleshooter and check if it helps. Kindly refer to the steps below:

• Type in Troubleshooting in the search box and press
  Enter.
• Click View all.
• Click Shared Folders.
• Click Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Windows 11 Cannot see shared folders in File Explorer under Network

Thank you for the references to not seeing the shares listed under Network in File Explorer.

One of references suggested making sure IPv6 is on under properties of the Network card. I had turned if off on a suggestion from another post.

When I turned IPV6 back on in the properties of the Network card, the shared folders immediately appeared under Network in File Explorer.

After re-booting, the shares disappeared under Network in File Explorer.

I toggled the IPV6 off again and immediately the shares showed up again in File Explorer under Network. After reboot the shares disappeared from File Explorer again.
