    How to fix No Bootable device


    I have a Acer Aspire 3 A315 and I recently encountered the error No Bootable device after a BSOD with no stop code or percentage I tried to insert Windows installation media and I tried to install Windows 10 again but the HDD was showing up as 0.0 bytes so I tried to open the computer up and see if the HDD was damaged and it wasn't I even plugged it into a Toshiba Satellite L755 and it works completely fine but the weird thing is I plug in another HDD into the Acer laptop and that HDD works fine so I am very confused on why my main HDD won't work with my laptop.

    Multi-bootable USB

    Hey guys from TPU, couldn't find any specific thread pertaining to the question asked on title. As mentioned, I'm trying to create a bootable USB, but with many specifics boots available.

    I've been trying to create one with multiple boot device including one that enables me to run Windows 10 directly on the USB Thumb Drive but to no avail.

    The list of bootable images i'm trying to create are

    1. Windows 10 (A full OS running from thumb drive)
    2. Windows 10 ISO (Bootable disk image for fresh install)
    3. MemTest86+

    Have tried YUMI or UUI from the website USB PenDrive Linux but as this is my first time, i don't know how am i screwing up or am doing it right.. Anyone got a rough idea on a step by step guide? Thanks!

    Ipod bootable drive?

    I want to know if I can make my ipod a usb bootable drive.. will it mess up my ipod? I need to flash my video card back to normal.. Neros bootable cd gave me an error. I used a step by step guide, but thats another story.

    How to fix no bootable device?

    I’ve been trying to fix my laptop for a while now, it either brings me to a screen with a blue box saying no bootable device or a black screen that says no bootable device found, I’ve turned on legacy mode and everything and i’ve entered the numbers into the keyboard after turning on legacy mode and it just brings me to the same black screen that says no bootable device, is there any way I could fix this?
