Windows 10: How to fix non volatile buffer almost full

I have a tablet that is in windows 11 and it requires To be activated . I tried troubleshooting but it required ADMIN password of which i dont have.

How to fix non volatile memory almost full

I get this error on my tablet non volatile memory almost full then options press F1 to continue and F2 for setup please help because my keyboard is not showing. Please help

 

Fixing The Non-Volatile Variable Storage Is About Full in Intel-Education Tablet

I just had a problem with my windows tablet which kept displaying the Error Below:

00C08290: The non-volatile variable storage is about full

Press F1 to continue or F2 to Enter Setup

Of which i kept on pressing F1 and the tablet would boot but over time the error become too much annoying and without much knowledge i decided to get rid of it by tweaking some BIOS settings and at last choose
the option:

Load optimized default

which ended up making my tablet unbootable again and got stuck on the Error
00C08290: The non-volatile variable storage is about full

and the External keyboard stopped responding therefore i cant use the external keyboard to get rid of the message and Load the OS.

Can someone please help me to fix this?

 

Qimonda to Jointly Develop Non-volatile Memory with Macronix

Qimonda AG, a globally leading memory solutions company, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Macronix International Co, Taiwan, on a joint development of non-volatile memory technologies. The co-operation project will focus on the development of different kinds of non-volatile memory technologies over a five year horizon. Both partners will share development costs and contribute engineering resources and know-how. Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.


While Qimonda is bringing in its 300mm based technology and non-volatile development expertise and resources, Macronix will contribute its extensive know-how in Flash technologies. The joint development will be conducted at Qimonda’s lead R&D and 300mm manufacturing facility in Dresden, Germany.

“Through the partnership with Macronix we will speed up in entering the fast growing non-volatile memory market”, said Kin Wah Loh, Chief Executive Officer of Qimonda AG. “It will help us in strengthening our competitive position as a leading memory technology developer. We are delighted to have Macronix as our partner.”
