Windows 10: how to fix nonstop bluescreen after installing new ram

I built a new computer a couple months ago, has had no problems until now. I had 2 ram sticks already in the slots and got 2 more from the same company with the same amount of ram and the same exact stick 8gb so I would have 32 in total. I installed both of them after turning off the computer and switching the power switch off and then when done switched it back on and then booted it up. It booted for about 10 seconds which was enough to see that in task manager it showed that there was 4 sticks and I had 32 gb of ram. right after that it bluescreened and nonstop bluescreened after that and

I did that during the part where i set all the stuff to how LifeOnMars suggested

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I need serius help to fix recurrent bluescreen error. Already located minidump folder, able to provide .dmp file when requested. Already tried scanow and other commands in cdm, checked ram with windows ram diagnostics programs.
