    How to fix or factory reset Pc from startup loop? only can access to safe mode


    My pc have trouble starting up, I can't access to any tool in troubleshoot because they keep saying wrong password even I enter the right one. I only can access to safe mode network and command prompt I tried everything but can't fix it. I can't factory reset either. Please help me, I really need to for my job. Thankyou!pc was always fine until I turn it on and it get me stuck in this loop.

    Cannot enter safe mode

    Hi, My Asus laptop is stuck in a startup repair loop while trying to fix error 0x80070091, I've tried following things:
    Use this guide: Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery - Windows 7 Help Forums
    Use the option 'reset this pc' and tried to use 'system recovery' but all to no avail.
    While in this startup repair loop it also seems impossible to enter safe mode. (I've tried to enter safe mode pressing F5 from the startup settings screen). I guess using the tweaking repair program will solve this error (0x80070091) but obviously I have to enter safe mode first. Any suggestions?

    Factory resetting only leads to the advanced startup menu.

    So when I click on Factory reset, it restarts the PC and says "Resetting your pc", at 50% it just exits to the advanced startup menu, and I have no idea why. I have tried everything:

    • Running various CMD repair commands
    • Using the Tweaking.com tool
    • Restored my computer to a different period
    • Booted into safe mode
    • First going to advanced startup > Factory Reset
    None of these have worked, so im at a loss.
