Windows 10: How to fix, "Page not available, Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of...

Nothing is working, I've tried so many things, including SecurityHealthUpdate, going in GPO editor, going into the registry, and a lot more things. I'm not on a school computer or anything to do with school or work. I can't include my own screenshot, because the message appeared once and never again, but this screenshot below is what's happening to me. I've done everything the internet told me to, and nothings changed. IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR 12 HOURS FOR A SOLUTION HELP PLEASE!
