Windows 10: How to fix pc goes black screen then shutsdown and reboots.

My pc specs:Windows 10 pro11th gen intel i7-11700k 8 core Nvidia geforce rtx 3060 ti16gb ramEverytime I load up a program like roblox or fortnite and game, after I close the program the computer sometimes shutdown. It also could be random times too. I checked the event program to see what was going on and it said : The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xffffbb01d0176050, 0xfffff807a3fa1a40, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004. A dump was saved in: C:

Screen goes blue / black on start of atitool

i tried 0.26 and the new beta but its the same... if i start atitool the screen immidiately goes blue or black and i have to reboot... the computer doesnt really hang but the screen seems to be lost.
any suggestions? i dont have any other programs running, i dont even want to OC my card i just want to have control over the fan speed, i have a x1800xt btw.
