Windows 10: How to fix pc not loading anything, can load certain things such as task manager, but will...

I was using my pc this morning perfectly fine, running game’s perfectly and even using the web-browsers fine. I then left my computer running whilst i was out and i come back went to close the game i left open and then nothing loaded after that. i’ve looked through many forums and still can’t get to the bottom of it, i can launch the pc fine and get onto the desktop, i then go to load a web-browser and it will take 5 minutes to load and then will just say error. it can load certain things like task-manager, but anything such as steam will take 10 minutes to load and then say i have no connecti

Hi dears.my pc are win10 updated but when clicked on task manager it not loaded.it seems loaded and hidden in 1 milisecond and i cant see thats.please help

 

100% load when there is no load

If I restart the PC, there is no load. I don't mine either.

Sapphire TRIXX is what I use for overclocking and fan control, although I just set it at auto.

 

Windows 10 - Applications (incl Task Manager) wont load

Fairly often (and usually within a few minutes after start up) my pc stops loading applications. If I double click on an app, the blue circle will appear very briefly and then nothing.

This includes trying to load task manager. I am able to right click on the task bar, but selecting task manager does nothing. I can ctrl alt del and it takes me to the lock screen, but clicking task manager from there results in the same thing. Nothing
loads, however I am still able to navigate around Windows.

I am also unable to shut down/restart the pc (but it will sleep) when it is in this state. I have no choice but to press the reset button on the main box.

Any ideas?
