  1. How to fix privacy settings to see xbox group post on laptop.

I am ON LAPTOP NOT XBOX I am not able to join xbox group post because of my privacy settings and i already saw a microsoft support member trying to help with this when they clearly said pc not xbox but the microsoft support guy decided to ignore that and do the instructions for xbox instead. All i want to do is to be able to join group post and microsoft does not correctly show how to change they privacy settings. And when I did change mine, nothing happened. And no, I am not on a child account under a parent.

    :)

Xbox Privacy Settings Doesn't Do Anything

    Hi Simon,

Xbox Live Privacy Settings can only be managed by an adult or a parent account. To better assist you with your concern, please clarify the following information:

    • Are you using a child account?
    • On which device are you trying to change the Privacy Settings?
    • What is the exact error message when you try to play multiplayer games?
