    How to fix problem Windows show 'Choose your keybord layout'

    windows 10 creators choose your keyboard layout

    I try Windows 10 Creators and this one is stock on Choose your Keyboard layout.

    I turn my PC of 3 times trying to see if I can fix the problem but mouse nor keyboard work.

    Is there a way to fix this or more or less I need a new PC?

    Any suggestion please? Thanks
