Windows 10: How to fix problem with logging in admin account?

I have problem with accessing admin account on my laptop. I can't open to enter PIN, fingerprint not working and I dont have option to enter password.It is like that my admin acc is in limb. When I bought my laptop it had windows on it, I created acc using work email, when I realised it I have made new email and account. I deleted old one, but didnt made new acc for admin. Now, I am not able to access to admin only features. I hope that you understand me. Can someone help me.

Yes, the procedure is complex but I split it into individual steps that, I believe, can be followed by anybody.

Booting into Safe mode is explained in section 3. All steps are included. If there is a step you cannot do then please tell me the para number and which aspect of it is confusing you.

Any local account and any MSAccount can be made a "Standard" account or an Admin account. You need to be logged in to an Admin account in order to raise a Standard account to Admin status.
- Once you are logged in to one of the Admin accounts that I suggest that you create, you can go to Settings, Accounts, Family & other users so that you can select the account you want to raise then click on the Change account type button that appears.
- Be wary of promoting then relying upon the current problem account because its user profile might be damaged. I cannot say that it is definitely damaged but only that something has gone wrong.

Admin Account Disabled

I am glad that the problem is fixed.

It occurs to me that [whilst I know nothing about domains] since you now have your working Admin account & a spare Admin account you might want to make a system image then connect to that domain again.

• I suspect that the domain might only mess up Admin accounts that you are currently logged into at the time & leave your other Admin accounts alone.
• If this is true then you could routinely make a temporary [sacrificial] Admin account to connect with so that your normal accounts were kept safe.

windows 7 hidden admin account infected

visit safemode, log into admin account. download malwarebytes (or transfer from usb). run malwarebytes. exit safe mode. run an updated malwarebytes on admin account. eat some pie ;D
