Windows 10: How to fix problems with User Profile Services can’t log you in/Profsvc is not working

Hi so here’s the problem. Recently, I’ve updated to Windows 11 myself but before I had not been able to since my TPM version wasn’t up to date but I’ve found ways to change the version and it worked. At first after enabling the TPM 2.0 the PC Health Checker said I was eligible to update but my Windows Update system said it wasn’t up to date but I ran a command which was schtasks.exe /Run /TN "\Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience\Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser" and it worked, so I updated it to Windows 11.After updating to Windows 11 I decided to just reset my computer completely and af

Hi,

After latest windows update, the system became extremely slow. Upon resetting it, I get the below error:

The ProfSvc service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

I cannot login using any of the users. Please suggest what can be done.

I can't use safe mode or cmd because it's locked by Administrators and i don't know the password
