Windows 10: how to fix ram memory reserved

i built my first computer build i have 32gb ram G skill ripsaw 16x2 DDR4 3200 im using a ryzen 3200g cpu with b450m ds3h motherboard i went into bios my memory is frequency 2145.96MHz and the size 32768mb i also went into task manager and it says 0.8/1.5 GB but it also says speed 2133MHz slots 2/4 the ram slots are dual and are in 1 and 3 btw form factor DIMM Important part Hardware reserved 30.5gb PLZ Need Help ASAP

System Reserved Memory issue

The reduction in available system memory depends on the configuration of the following:

• The devices that are installed in the computer and the memory that is reserved by those devices
• The ability of the motherboard to handle memory
• The system BIOS version and settings
• The version of Windows 10 that is installed
• Other system settings

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest that you check your system for memory problems.

Here's how:

• Type mdsched.exe in the search bar and select the best match.
• When prompted by the User Account Control, enter an admin user name and password, and click
  Yes.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run it.

I remember when 256Mb was a lot of ram and you could upgrade to 512 for about 150 bucks (maybe more). Just sayin.

I would like to let you know that Hardware reserved memory is reserved for use by the BIOS and some drivers for other peripherals. I would suggest you to not make any changes to this. This will help the computer run smoothly.
