Windows 10: How to fix random low power warning and hibernation when plugged in at full battery?

My laptop is running windows 10. Recently it has started randomly going into hibernate mode without warning. For a couple of frames before it does it pops up a message warning low power, despite being plugged in at full battery. I have since updated my windows and drivers but without any luck. Is this a known issue?

Follow the steps below and check If you are able to get low battery notification.

Change Critical & Low Level Battery Action.

• To change the Critical and Low Level action for the battery for any Power Plan, you will have to open
  Power Options in the Control Panel > Change Plan Settings >
  Change Advanced Power Settings. In the box which opens, navigate down to the last item, i.e.
  Battery.
• Here for each plan, you can configure and set WHAT your Windows should do, after its battery level drops below certain levels. The options for “while On Battery and “while Plugged In” are:
• Low battery action: Do nothing, Sleep, Hibernate, Shutdown
• Critical battery action: Sleep, Hibernate, Shutdown
• The default for the first is Do nothing and for the second one is
  Hibernate. You can change it to suit your requirements.

Thanks for your response.

I have the proper settings for all the above scenarios. But still I am facing problems. Sometimes I get notification that I battery is low(at 7%) and other times the laptop suddenly goes into hibernate because the battery was finished. As it didn't warn
me, I didn't plug it in the power source. So, this is where my main concern is, the laptop sometimes suddenly goes into hibernate mode without giving a low battery warning.

My Windows 10 desktop PC today 7/26/18 decided to display a warning continuously that the battery is low and to plug the computer in. I shut it down and changed the plug from UPS to a power bar which my printers which are on are plugged into. Still get
the warning message. The battery icon in the system tray shows 6%. It always used to say 100%. I went to Cortana and typed troubleshoot, enter and followed the instruction to troubleshoot hardware. and devices Nothing was found.
