  1. How to fix "restarting" forever on windows 11?

Here's the deal: I've left my laptop ASUS Vivobook K3405VA 16GB on sleep for 20 minutes or so to use my phone, I come back and my mouse Logitech M650 L isn't working, so I plug it out and plug it in, still not working and then I log in and try using my taskbar, it's frozen. Then windows explorer the taskbar resets, I check settings and it says "Driver issue" On Bluetooth devices. I then quickly restarted it. Bad idea. It's now stuck restarting.

    :)
