Windows 10: How to fix "Scheduler Service Stopped"

I have the same problem with Seagate Discwizard and the same error message as in

Unfortunately this link is closed and the solution given on January 2018 is " Another hour with Microsoft Chat actually more since I went to bed while something tech support provided was downloaded, but it fixed the problem."

How can I find out what the Micorosoft Tech Support told Jim6502?

Task Scheduler service will not start.

ok, first, Restart is grayed out when i try to right click, only start is available. every time i select that i get the same "The Task Scheduler Service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some
services stop automatically if not in use by other services or programs" message.

already tried SFC before asking, did not work. tried DISM, and that solved nothing.

After updating to win10 v1709, the following small screen appears above the system tray

(red X) Seagate DiskWizard

Scheduler service is stopped

resolve Problem

Clicking resolve problem does nothing. Suggestions?
