Windows 10: How to fix screen that appears all black and white lines

I have been having this issue since last night and couldn't find a way to fix it. It is an i7 laptop bought not more then 4 months ago.Is there a way to fix the screen or is technical support required?

Hi community. I'm on windows 10 Recently purchased 2 new Samsung M5 PC monitors. And I'm having an issue where ever full black is displayed on the monitor, white lines are appearing, whether it is in a software program, or in general on my screen. In this images I captured, the white lines are noticeable within the red rectangle area pointed out by the arrows. PS: The issue happens even when I swap the monitors. I also recorded a video, which shows when I enable full black colour these Lines appear.

Also of note is the previous thread from stefancargoski Black images creating white lines to appear outside canvas area which he does not mention on this thread, but it would appear that the monitor is NOT at fault

I understand that this must be a frustrating experience. Black and white lines on your screen indicates either a faulty graphics card or hardware.

To check if it not a hardware issue on your screen, try connecting your laptop to another monitor/screen and see if the lines are still there. If yes, you might need to have your screen be repaired.

If the lines are not there after connecting to a different monitor, the problem could be im the graphics card. I suggest that you check your graphics driver for any updates and install the latest driver accordingly. You may also revert it to a previous version and see if the problem gets resolved.
