    How to fix sfc /scannow error caused by recent update, I presume :)


    Hi friends, By the way after the recent update, I am having issues with Network Properties, and I see the reason mentioned here, but for your kind attention my sfc /scannow results found corrupted files that cant be fixed. How to fix that. Any help ? Thank You.

    How to fix sfc /scannow unable to fix corrupt files found

    • run the System update readiness command. It detects incorrect manifests, cabinets or registry data, it may replace the incorrect data with corrected version available. Follow the steps.
    • Press Windows key + X.
    • Click command prompt (Run as administrator).
    • In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press Enter key after each command:
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, type Exit, and then press Enter.

    i have the same issue after upgrade from windows 8.1.i run sfc /scannow command and got error dat cant be fixed.any solution pls?pc works normal btw.

    I'm not sure what else to suggest other to reset or clean install Windows 10. *Sad

    I had exactly the same problem and was not able to fix it after the update. I did a clean install and now the scan says no problem found! It was very frustrating as whatever I did (using the iso mounted, on usb, path to folder) it would say source not found!
