Windows 10: How to fix small beeping sound after system restore?

Hello, I'll start with what happened so basically I opened my laptop and then the drive disappeared put of nowhere everything was ok the night before when i shut it down so in an attempt to fix it i did system restore but then it started taking longer than expected 2-3 hours and then started having small beeping out of nowhere and then a bsod showed up and i panicked so i wasnt able to see the type of error and i hard reset my laptop since i left it for 30 mins on the bsod screen to restart itself but maintained itself at 0%. Now everytime i turn on my laptop or open it up from sleeping

I have HP Elite 8200 Small Form Factor desktop with Samsung SSD and Windows 10.

Recently it makes faint beep sound while the computer is turned on and I'm using it. It beeps twice quickly, and these two beeps are repeated infinitely.

(This is NOT beeping at startup, but noise during ordinary use)

What is the reason of this small beeping and how can I remove it?

ADDED:
It is high-pitched noise from the graphic card (AMD Radeon HD 6350).

I have noise even when the computer is idle.
