Windows 10: How to fix "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organisation" ?

I got a laptop as a gift from my organisation i work in, and i am facing problems in changing wallpapers and name of the device initially named after the org. .All it shows is that "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organisation". How to fix this issue?

I'm getting "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organisation" in yellow color for the following setting sections in windows 10.

System:

Notification & actions, Multitasking

Personalization:

Lock Screen, Start

Privacy

General

I tried following suggestions to fix the problem.

1. Reset my PC using windows advanced startup option.
2. follow all the solutions which are mentioned in here. link
3. Change Diagnostics & feedback to Full.
4. Reset group-policies for default. link
5. Restore windows

Please kindly suggest a solution to fix this problem.

Removing some of these settings are being managed by your organisation

How do I remove the "some of these settings are being managed by your organisation" statement in Windows 10 21H2. i have not set one up and this is a personal computer. I've tried steps 2 and 5 from this article and it doesn't work. I can't use Group Policy Editor as I don't have the Professional edition of Windows 10.
