Windows 10: How to fix some random bluescreen along with other issues I keep encountering

Computer: Dell Latitude E7470When I check event viewer and this what it says The IntelR PROSet/Wireless Zero Configuration Service service terminated with the following error: %%2147770990Problem is I don't even see that IntelR PROSet/Wireless In device manager. And I wonder if that's even the problem. I also have been hearing random crackling in my laptop. It doesn't happen very often and it only happens when I use larger games/applications. Not sure what is making that noise but it is near the battery so... fun. The compute

Constant bluescreens - still not fixed

I don't think you understood my issue - my bluescreens are random, so I can't do a clean boot and provoke a bluescreen. I am not sure what the steps you suggested have anything to do with my problem and it is not clear how it will help. The PC does boot
up normally, it just crashes randomly during the day.

I am pretty sure the issue is related to a driver that could be incompatible with Win 10. Please check the older threads to further understand the issue.

Unexpected_Kernel_Mode_Trap Bluescreens and other issues

Thank you for your help. I've done both of what you've suggested, as well as removed the bluetooth device from my computer temporarily, and I haven't encountered any bluescreens since.

I am still experiencing issues with my USB ports, though, as devices connected to them will randomly fail. Looking in the "Bluetooth & Other Devices" settings, my Xbox One Elite controller is reported to have a driver error. Using another port on my machine
makes it work again, but this is just one example of a random port failing. It happens sporadically with any port.
