Bluetooth switching off

suggest you to follow these steps below 1-Click windows+x and then open control panel.
2- Then open the “Network and sharing center " icon from control panel.
3-Then click on “change adapter settings" from the left top corner of the opened tab.
4-Then from the new opened tab choose " Bluetooth network connection" and right click on it.
5-Then choose "disable” to turn off Bluetooth and again enable to turn on Bluetooth.

If it is set to allow your computer to turn off the Bluetooth device to save power, your Bluetooth can keep disconnecting when in a low-power state. ... Switch to the Power Management Then, uncheck the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option. Click OK to save the change.

 

Trying to get in to Bluetooth Settings, but will not open.

Method 1.

I suggest you to run hardware troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue. It will automatically detect the problem and fix it.

  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Small icon on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  Hardware and Device.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the Hardware troubleshooter dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Hardware troubleshooter.
  

If the issue still persist try the below method.

Method 2.

I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver and check.

  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for Bluetooth, and right click on it to expand.

  Right click on the device and click on
  uninstall.
  
• 
  Once you are done uninstalling the driver, restart the computer. It will automatically install the generic Bluetooth driver.
  

If the issue still persist, try updating the sound driver and check. Skip step3 and right click on the device and click on update software.
