Windows 10: How to fix: "The application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000005. Click OK to close...

Hello,Recently, I am facing the Application Error 00xc0000005 pop-up while installing applications. Especially Epic Games Launcher and Riot Client. I don't know why this is happening. I have faced the same problem in my old Windows 7 Home Premium laptop. Also it hasn't fixed.What I have tried:1 Reset this PC. Keep files option-tried 4 times2 Reset this PC. Clean3 Tried "sfc/ scannow" command in CMD as admin. Restarted.4 Tried to reinstall the application mentioned above. Same issue.5 Tried Turn of DEP for selected application but these apps won't select.I also tried this. But no

Most of the application not starting its included even cmd.exe, start menu, network, notepad.exe... nothing is opening and getiing like "cmd.exe - Application Error The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application."

It's about a month ago, this message (The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.) started appearing whenever i opened a program like Unity 3D, VLC, Chrome e.t.c. I used CCleaner to fix registry issues,
used many antivirus programs, followed many malware removal guides, applied many CMD commands and at last installed a new windows 7 (32 bit) on my laptop but nothing worked.

Can any body help me, Please?

It's about several months to go before this message started appearing whenever, i tried to run any program. I am using Windows 7 and nowadays, about 90% of my programs (running on this windows) are infected and pop up with (The application was unable to
start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.) I even don't know what''s the real matter. I tried searching on the web about this bug about a couple of months and tried everything like:

Reinstalling programs, Fixing registry problems, Installing a powerfull antivirus (Malwarebytes), Deleting unneccessary files and at last bought and installed a new Windows 7 on my HP Compaq 6910

but, nothing worked. I am facing this problem on programs like: Skype, Chrome, Opera, Mozilla e.tc even after reinstalling Windows 7.

I need someone to help me, Please!
