    Hello Microsoft, I hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased a brand new Acer laptop which came with a built-in license for Windows 10 Home Single Language. I have since updated it to Windows 11 Home Single Language. However, I wanted to further upgrade to Windows 11 Pro, and I obtained a product key from a friend for this purpose. The upgrade seemed to go smoothly, but I encountered an issue during activation. An error message appeared stating: "We can't activate Windows on this device as it doesn't have a valid digital license or key. If you believe you have a valid license or ke

    Dear Community

    I have build my own work station few days ago.

    I bought Windows 10 pro flash drive from Microsoft in Amazon.

    I tried to activate Windows but I got error message and error code : 0xC004C060.

    I have tried troubleshoot but It hasn't change anything.

    Is there anything I can do to activate?
