    I am on my lock screen of my computer after being on a trip for four days, and when I try to enter my pin, it says, “something bad happened and your pin…” It is asking me to make a new one, so I press to make a new one, but my WiFi isn’t working at all, so I need WiFi, and it says “retry” or “cancel” when the WiFi doesn’t work and it only shows airplane mode as a WiFi option, nothing else. What do I do? What is the issue? Please help me.

    Something happened and your PIN isn't available

    When I open my laptop and try to log in it says something happened and your pin isn't available

    I tried restarting and turning off my laptop

    It started happening after I tried to reset my laptop because it was bluescreening and when I tried to reset it it didn't work and then the pin issue started happening and I cannot log into my laptop
