Windows 10: How to fix “The system cannot find the specified path” error in windows 2008R2 Server

Dear Comunity UserI have problem with administrator blocking issues in windows 2008R2 Server. open command prompt and windows batch file blocked because of error message : Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. The error System cannot find the path specified means that the path named in the command does not exist for the drive specified, or the path was entered incorrectly.

SQL Server 2008r2

I have several 32 bit windows 7 pc's that i need to configure an ODBC connections to a 64 bit SQL server 2008r2. I have tried to configure clients 10, 11, and 13, none will connect. I welcome any suggestions?

 

Clean Install Server 2008R2

Currently have a Dell PowerEdge T110 II with Server 2008R2 installed and working but slow. My goal is to perform a clean install of 2008R2 that is operational. Using the original install CD, and other HD, I can install the OS, but there is no functional browser and windows update does not work.

Can I take the 20 year list of updates from working disk and manually install them in clean install disk>
