Windows 10: How to fix the windows basic display adapter problem

So recently i have formatted my windows 10 pc and downloaded windows 11 to it and then I realised that it was not working properly so i thought it was because my pc did not support windows 11 and i formatted it again and downloaded windows 10 but it still did not get fixed that's when I realised in the device manager at the display adapter it does not see my intel graphics card but windows basic display adapter I could not find a solution and I am searching for help.

the problem is cannot change microsoft basic display adapter, not getting full screen on display, also seeing a yellow arrow on the adapter in device manager, was able to get full screen when using win xp. how do i fix this problem,

1 I opened my computer

2. Clicked on properties

3. Opened device manager

4. Clicked on display adapter

5. Then i ooened Microsoft basic display adapter

6. Then i clicked on update driver.

Then i clicked on search automatically
