Windows 10: How to fix this error code each time I try log on to office,com with chrome

Hello,Each time I try to log on to Microsoft web site office.com using Chrome I have this error code Ref A: A4B3A5DEF1C5415D90A3BFAE3F86F886 Ref B: BLUEDGE2014 Ref C: 2024-01-25T03:49:14Z and it's impossible to log on. When I try with Edge browser, I have no problem to log on.Do you have a solution and what exacly is the problem ?Thank's in advance for your help.Jean

As per my finding I found that the error code 0x85050041 is with respect to Mail app. Confirm to us if so.

If so, let us try the below troubleshooting steps to fix Mail app and check if it helps.

Method 2: I suggest you to check with the system Date, time and Time zone

Note: Click on the Time Zone tab to check the Time Zone.

Method 3: I suggest you to Disable Proxy Settings

Windows Store apps won't work properly if you are using a proxy server. You may disable the proxy server and check.

Follow the below steps.

• Press Windows Key + R to open run command, type
  inetcpl.cpl.
• Under Internet Options, go to
  Connections tab.
• c. Click on the LAN Settings button.
• Then uncheck the option Use a proxy server for your LAN.
• Click Apply.
