Windows 10: How to fix this issue "Install error - 0xc1900201"

I have latest PC HP 460 G11 but while im updating Windows 11, version 24H2 im gettng this error Install error - 0xc1900201

I followed the YouTube tutorial. As I said previously the very first step failed. I continued following the tutorial to the end. The Powershell step - WUAUCLT.EXE /UPDATENOW did not function as in the tutorial. After going through all the steps I reran the Windows 10 Update Assistant. I ended up in the exact same place as before. "Something went wrong" error code 0xc1900201.

Any other advice?

Yes, try the troubleshooter for WU and see if you get the 1803 KB file after. If you're in the same loop, see in Regedit if the value is set to 1:

If you still have no success, reset WU:
