Windows 10: how to fix this my windows 11 fresh install keps freezing with my screens going black ands...

this happened after i accidentally turned off my psu at the plug and the it has just kept crashing it happens randomly even after a fresh install of windows on a realtively new and medium teir pc. i followed google and looked in event viewer with many warnings and errors with the most recent one saying "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xffffe78a1fff2010, 0xfffff8079b9e1120, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Min

Windows 11 Black Screen Fresh install

Hello,

I have an issue where I have black screen before I can see the OS login page. The screen actually goes black after bios. I can see a spinning icon and then after that the screen is completely black.

So far I have disabled ASUS drivers from automatically installing, wiped two ssds and have done two fresh installs. After I fresh install Windows 11. Once I get to the point when I can see my desktop from the fresh install. After about 2 - 5 minutes I hear two windows error sounds come from my headphones and then I get a black screen. I reboot the machine from that point and I am back to square one again. Either fresh install windows or be stuck with the black screen.

I am unsure of what to do. I want to say it can't be a hardware issue since the hardware works for so long before I get any issues only when I am in the OS. Could this be a driver that is automatically installing in the background and making my system files corrupt?

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Windows 10 stuck at black screen


hi, i tried upgrading my windows 7, but failed 5 times.
step 1 on copying files are 100%
step 2 installing features n updates are 100%
step 3 FAILED, it stuck on black screen and freeze, nothing i can do besides force restart and its restored to my windows 7 back.

any idea how to solve this? it's always stuck at 75% step 2 and when go to step 3 is freeze ( 5 times in row, i'm thinking give up or buy new laptop with windows 10*Biggrin*Biggrin*Biggrin)

p.s i'm currently downloading ISO file to blank DVD hopefully it's works
