Windows 10: how to fix this.pls help

Whenever i run an app not related to microsoft like games, emulator, something call microsoft [R] application host appears in task manager in multiple number like 12-15 of them .It slow down,freezes the whole pc. Even if i remove them through the task manager ,they appears again after sometime later.
