Windows 10: How to fix touchpad settings?

Hi! Recently my touchpad has not been working, as in my cursor will sometimes freeze randomly while in use. I would have to reset my computer every time it happened, so I decided to reset my touchpad. After resetting it, my touchpad still does not work and the settings for it have seeming disappeared, even from the device manager and settings itself, please help.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you finding the settings for Synaptics Touchpad.

• Press Windows + X keys, select Control Panel.
• Select Large view in Categories.
• Select Mouse and select Synaptics touchpad
  in the tabs and check if you can find the settings for it.
