Windows 10: How to fix transparency issue when multiple tabs are open

Good Afternoon, I am having an issue where when I open multiple applications or tabs, the one that I am opening will be transparent and white out while only having slight visibility of the application I am opening up. It most often happens when I have an application open with a white background or is primarily white and opening any other application over it when the new application is not opened in full screen. In full screen it works fine and the issue does not happen. The issue does not always occur, but it does most of the time. I can not take a screenshot of the issue as when I try to take

  What is the error message/error code you get?

  Did you check if the settings of the browser has changed?
  

I suggest you to change the Internet Explorer settings by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• 
  Open Internet Explorer web browser and press
  Alt + X keys on the keyboard to open the browser settings.
  
• 
  Select Internet Options from the menu.
  
• 
  From the window, check Start with tabs from the last session under
  Startup option.
  
• 
  Click on Apply and OK.
  
• 
  Close and open the browser to check if the changes are effective.

INTERNET EXPLORER WIN 10 NOT OPENING MULTIPLE TABS

This solution did not work in Win 7 and does not work in Win10.

It is definitely high risk - you will definitely lose internet explorer if you turn the feature off.

The "new" internet explorer icon at the bottom only lets you run one tab at a time.

However, I still have the "old" icon on the desktop and it allows multiple incidences of internet explorer.

Geez - why is this changed and why can't someone come up with the real solution -- or a workable alternative.

I am sure this a feature and not a bug.
