Windows 10: how to fix update orchestrator service not working

I am getting the error '0x80004015 the class is configured to run as a security id different from the caller' quite suddenly with the update orchestrator service.i tried reinstalling windows 11 from my usb drive with keeping personal files option but it hasn't fixed this problem.

found similar error in the 'System' log, during the restart after installing the update, is this normal for windows 10? Does everyone faced such thing? The update seems to have settled, in the status I've see 'Success', there seem to be no other errors.

The "Update Orchestrator Service" does not start. The System event log shows the following:

The Update Orchestrator Service service failed to start due to the following error:

The parameter is incorrect.

In Settings-->Windows Update the following is displayed:

Something went wrong. Try to reopen Settings later.

That desktop PC, and with windows 10 1709 Enterprise on it, nothing serious have been tweaked about updates (some tweaks to not install updates automatically in Group Policy) , no Network Domain/AD used. So this is normal? As far I know that Update orchestrator does not used in common editions.
