Windows 10: How to fix USB not recognized on windows10?

Randomly my computer(Windows 10) doesn't even recognize my usb connection to my phone oddly. I tried uninstall the drive then reinstall it and nothing work. Restarted my computer and phone nothing changed. I had never had this issue before and my phone is a LG optimus and besides that the computer or my cell phone aren't acting right and now I cant even transfer my media files from or to my cellphone or computer any advice and help please.

USB Device Not Recognized (Malfunctioned)

Just had this problem recently, a cmos clear corrected it. One item you can check to see is if the bios recognizes anything by loading its "boot from" menu and checking for any USB mass storage listed.
