Windows 10: How to fix Video TDR failure with NVIDIA GPU?

I was just trying to turn on my pc, when all of a sudden it blue screened. I have watched sooo many tutorials, but non work. In the properties tab in the device manager, it says that it is deactivated because of code 43. I have installed drivers, uninstalled the card, updated windows, changed the PCIe slot speeds in the BIOS. Nothing works. It just blue screens, and my monitor gets locked to some small resolution like 800x420 or something like that. I have to say that there is construction in my neighborhood, and they shut off the power at night. I am scared that might have broken my graphics

hello. recently, while i was just doing regular stuff, a video tdr failure error occurred. bsod and all that stuff. after reading some suggestions, none of them helped since in my case error occured just after booting the pc. this makes updating/downgrading gpu drivers impossible. i really hope to find any answers, thank you.

Some of your suggestions are not for TDR problems, TDR problems are video related and things as sata/raid controller driver replacement have nothing to do with video related things.

The third thing is a personal opinion and may not be a solution for the OP, many will say that AMD sucks where many others will say that Nvidia sucks.
