Windows 10: How To fix voice Typing random capitalization Even With Auto punctuation disabled?

Using win 11 voice typing STT tool. As I dictate, any slow down in speech rate causes it to capitalize the next word. For example, "As I was Walking down the street And noticed nothing Out of the ordinary.."Any efficiency gained is offset by the time it takes to correct the capitalization errors. I have already turned auto-punctuation off and on and off again.

installed an SD card and reformatted my samsung focus i917. can't recall how i shut off auto capitalization and word suggestions. any help will be appreciated.

I have noticed that if I create a text message and don't end it with a punctuation mark. The next message I send in that thread doesn't auto capitalize.

I guess it thinks that you are still in the middle of a sentence.

I always end my texts with a punctuation mark, but most of the time Mango does not capitalize the first letter of the next text. I almost always have to type the letter then, if it is not a capital, backspace, then type it again to get a capital letter.
It is quite pain. I did not have this problem prior to the Mango upgrade.
