Windows 10: How to fix whea_uncorrectable_error upon install of Windows?

I was having the same error with an old HDD, it sounded like the HDD had a head crash. I replaced the HDD with a new SSD, and I am still getting the BSOD with the whea_uncorrectable_error. I have tried replacing the ram, clean installing windows, and have ensured all wires and components were seated properly. I am unable to access windows even in safe mode.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• When do you the error message?
  
• Which build version and edition of Windows are you using? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

As per the dump file shared by you, the error seems to be with the Cache of the Intel processor. I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

I would like to inform that the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR bug check has a value of 0x00000124. This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture
(WHEA).
