Windows 10: How to fix white cloudy border on my screen after hibernating it

I am using my laptop Lenovo and decided to fold it after using it, but I did not shut it down. There are still tabs working in my browser. After about 30 minutes, I decided to use it again and after unfolding it, there's this white cloudy border on my screen. I dont know if the fault is on the hardware or the system of microsoft

Is that white border visible on the manufacturers logo screen when you start your laptop?

Is that white border visible on your Desktop and all open applications?

Please provide a photo, showing the screen and its contents, on your laptop, which includes the actual screen on your laptop.

 

White Borders To Album Artwork Windows 10

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried this procedure but it has had no effect at all so the problem persists.

Since asking the original question I have downloaded some albums from amazon and added these to the Music folder and the white border has appeared on those albums as well so it would appear it is only artwork added by WMP which is not affected.

 

when Windows are extending beyond screen borders, after system returns from hibernation will re-position inside screen borders

when Windows are extending beyond screen borders (on purpose), after system returns from hibernation they will re-position inside screen borders. I have Task Manager window partly position outside screen on right side so only performance summary is shown,
when system comes out of hibernation windows 10 and 8.1 did same, will re-position app to fit fully inside screen borders . Basically i need to drag Task Manager window (and other apps) outside screen every time system returns from hibernation. please let
me know if there's a solution to this issue.
