Windows 10: How to fix Window login accessing wrong account?

It started because I could not purchase anything from MS Store and chatted with MS Support. The tech's solution was to go in and delete my entire PIN folder after I reluctantly gave her permission to my computer. We were able to switch Store from using an old Outlook account to my current Live account which I have been using for years. I asked her to please delete the old account but she dismissed this and said that it would auto delete after not being used. So this fixed the Store purchasing issue but then when my computer Windows 10 went to sleep and I tired to log in with my password it i

Login Error - Wrong Microsoft Account Listed

I'm not sure how this happened, but my laptop shows the administrator account with the wrong email address, which does not belong to me, and I have no idea what the password is for that account. The laptop will not allow me to restore unless I have the
right credentials. I cannot access the settings or the start menu without first logging in. Since I do not have the password, I cannot login. I can't afford to lose my programs and files. Any suggestions on how to login using a different account that is
not listed?

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

Microsoft account login does not work


For several weeks I have tried to login to my windows account, keeps telling my password is wrong, reset password, then go to second step tells me password is wrong. I keep resetting and and it says it was successful but then when I go to use it, it says it's wrong. I can't even try adding the extensions to Edge because of the password, you have to login to your account.
