Windows 10: How to fix Windows 10/11 black screen after an update or signing in 98% success rate

So I've noticed a lot of clients coming in with black screens or black screens with just the cursor after they have signed into there user account. It seems like this issue arises after the user has done a update or windows updated itself. So I've done different methods of fixing this issue in the past but none seem to work a lot of the time or don't seem to sort it out, until I came across an error a little bit ago that I literally looked passed every single time I was debugging. Windows 98 and ME no longer updatable...

Quite right, XP is still listed in technet. Win 98 unfortunately isn't. Windows 3.1 and 3.2 are listed though.

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Were you able to see any error code/ error message with this issue?

I would like to inform that this issue might have occurred due to drivers for display adapter.
