Windows 10: How to fix Windows 11 to normal stable mode from 25252 version?

I have installed Windows 11 Evaluation Copy Ver 25252. After the installation, I am not able to use my PC. The screen gets refresh and can't even access the Explorer or Settings. Tried restoring last version but still same problem is there. I have not installed any other software or updated. I have couple of deadlines to finish on urgent. Please help.

Updating to the stable version of windows 11.

I'm running a windows 11 enterprise insider preview I have it set to update the toggle switch to update to the stable version is turned on and it says queued for unenrollment however, still not getting the update to the stable version of windows 11 enterprise. Will it soon be available? If, not how do force the update to the stable version of windows 11. I have the download for the iso however, the iso will not let me keep my apps or files. Thanks

i want to change my windows 11 to the public rollout (stable) version.

Cannot Enter Safe Mode / Computer boots normally

I'm running Win 10 Pro 1903.

Here are the steps I have taken to get into safe mode: Start button, settings, update and security, recovery, advanced startup, troubleshoot, advanced options, startup settings, restart. The computer boots normally, not in safe mode. Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks in advance for your help and interest. .
