    SQL Server 2014 Express doesn't work after Windows 10 November Update installed

    SQL Server 2014 Express doesn't work after Windows 10 November Update installed, seems some setting and files of SQL Server install have been deleted!

    SQL Server service cannot start "SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS)"

    Unable to repair the install (unable to load DLL sqlconf.dll)

    unable to remove the install

    unable to install new SQL server instance

    SQL Server 2014 Management Studio cannot run (missing MSVCR100.dll, MSVCP100.dll)

    how to fix this problem!

    windows 10 update trying to install fix for sql server 2005 KB960089. But SQL server 2005 not installed.

    Sql server 2005 was removed before the upgrade to windows 10.

    It is not in any program list that can be selected for removal.

    Now it keeps trying to install the fix over and over. Error codes go by so fast that I can not see them,. and are not in any history .....

    HELP !
