Windows 10: How to Fix Windows Script Host Cannot Fund Script File bin.vbs error

Windows script host Can not find script file "c\ProgramData\Not\Bin.vbs". What should i do to fix this error . I have done virus scans and everything given on this : https://rojgarsangam.in/ . Please Help !
