Windows 10: How to fix Windows start up?

Basically I did a factory reset on my hP laptop because it was very slow. Theres an issue with one of the cooling fans but it was working alright...I reset it and then I was stuck in a startup loop. It would ask me to pick an OS but both options were windows 11. I would pick either..it would load, the PC would restart and id be presented with the two same options. I followed some advice to put it into safe mode which I did and now I'm stuck with this screen. Only things that work are the "Shut down/restart" option and the accessibility settings. I've only had this computer for 3 years.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
