Windows 10 Error Code 80244019?

I'm currently working on a Windows 7 standalone machine and I don't have the "Microsoft Update" option, which will allow me to "uncheck" the updates for other Microsoft products.

I'm still getting the Error Code 80244019. Is there a work around that you can suggest?

The solution for me was to run Disk Cleanup - the Microsoft Desktop Experience app to clean temp folders, old windows updates, etc.

When running the app, choose Clean up System Files and it will rescan. Then select the appropriate sections to clean.

The Windows update selection box is at the bottom of the list.

So far this has worked on 4 clients systems that had the update error 80244019
