Google Playstore games and apps cannot work on Windows 10. You need to use an emulator such as Bluestacks. See steps in the article how to set it up:

Google Play Store, as far as apps, are only compatible with the Android platform and not with Windows 10. Alternatively, Google Play Music and Google Play Movies & TV can be run on a web browser, but they do not have their own apps (except for Google Play Music
which has an unofficial app on the Microsoft Store called gPlayer).
